When I was in Sydney recently I visited Chee, Soon & Fitzgerald for a bit of a trip down memory lane; I used to drop by there when I worked in Surry Hills many years ago. My lovely and incredibly patient friends (hello Shelley & M) browsed genuinely in the tiny shop whilst I trawled through stacks of folded fabric off-cuts and tried to limit myself to my top 27. They stock a lot of Marimekko textiles, but more on that later…
